Sounds familiar? Of course they do!! Uttered by Arnold Schwarzenegger from the famous Terminator series, many are anticipating the next upcoming Terminator Salvation!!


The year is 2018.

Judgment Day has come and gone, leveling modern civilization. An army of Terminators roams the post-apocalyptic landscape, killing or collecting humans where they hide in the desolate cities and deserts. But small groups of survivors have organized into a Resistance, hiding in underground bunkers and striking when they can against an enemy force that vastly outnumbers them.
Controlling the Terminators is the artificial intelligence network Skynet, which became self-aware 14 years earlier and, in the blink of an eye, turned on its creators, unleashing nuclear annihilation on an unsuspecting world.

Only one man saw Judgment Day coming. One man, whose destiny has always been intertwined with the fate of human existence: John Connor (Christian Bale).

Now the world is on the brink of the future that Connor has been warned about all his life. But something totally new has shaken his belief that humanity stands a chance of winning this war: the appearance of Marcus Wright (Sam Worthington), a stranger from the past whose last memory is of being on death row before awakening in this strange, new world.

Connor must decide whether Marcus can be trusted. But as Skynet adapts new strategies to end the Resistance forever, Connor and Marcus must find common ground to take a stand against the onslaught—to infiltrate Skynet and meet the enemy head-on.

心情日记

当你开始了解一个人的时候也就是和他开始会有磨差的时候了，可能这是因为在呼，关心这个朋友吧！不过我相信这应该是人与人之间相处的必经之道.....
星期二的时候我和一个朋友（HY） 吵架了，说真的和他吵架了以后心里真的很不好过！ 他要我们帮他去麦当劳买汽水，那天的天气真的很热又赶着去补习的时候竟然叫我们去买，自己早就到那里了，还这么得空也不甘愿自己走去买，真的很过分啊！ 结果我很不甘愿地帮他买了，然后很气的丢在桌上给他！就从那一刻起我们大家都保持沉默到今天！这几天他都练臭臭的对着我，今天他还向CY说了一句话，那就是‘那天买到这么不甘愿就讲啦，干嘛发脾气！’ 说实在的如果那天我没有帮他买的话，不甘愿的人就会是他，而且还会讲‘朋友哇’！除了他以外，还有一个YF。 我已经忍她很久了，每一次补习的时候我都很不想看到她，很不想跟他一起补习啊！！！每一次我们做决定的时候问她意见她都说‘随便啦，我不要紧的’可是每一次当我们决定好了，她就说这个不可以那个不可以，我真的很顶不顺她啊～～～还有的就是每一次我问老师东西的时候她都要争着问，今天她又是这样，气得我要哭了。我告诉自己不能哭，为了压欲我的心情我忍着，在补习中心忍着，选择不跟别人说话，不爆发，可是我就是很不争气，在我写这篇日记的时候我竟然忍不住哭了！
为什么每一次我都是迁就别人的哪一个，而不是被迁就，被谅解的哪一个呢？为什么～～
我要的只是一个能够关心我，了解我，在我最难过的时候安慰我的朋友，这很难吗？

今天老师进到班上就跟我们讲了一个晴天霹雳的消息，那就是。。。。。。放假过后我们就必须读书读到3.30pm啊。。。天啊，你杀了我算了吧。
不只这样，连我的补习时间也要换，从2.30pm 换到5.00pm 回到家都要7.00pm咯！没有时间去喝茶了咯，去了喝茶又不够时间读书，哎哟。。。。lower 6读到三点半就好咯，干嘛拖我们下水咧！！！ 不只这样我也没有时间做工了～～ haiz...以后要吃‘粥水’了啦！！！

A型流感（猪流感）SWINE FLU

What is SWINE FLU (Swine Influenza A) ?
Actually SWINE FLU is a respiratory disease of pigs caused by
type A influenza viruses (H1N1 subtype)
that causes regular outbreaks in pigs.
People do not normally get SWINE FLU ,
but human infections can and do happen
SWINE FLU viruses have been reported to spread
from person-to-person,
but in the past,
this transmission was limited and
not substained beyond 3 people.

SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS

The symptoms of swine flu in people are similar to
the symptoms of regular human flu and included
*fever (greater than 100'F or 37.8'c)
*cough
*sore throat
*body aches and headache
*chills
*fatigue
*stuffy nose
But some people have reported
diarrhea and vomiting associated with SWINE FLU.
In the past,severe illness and deaths have been reported
with SWINE FLU infection in people.

How does SWINE FLU spread?
Spread of this Swine Influenza A (H1N1) virus is thought to be
happening in the same way that seasonal flu spreads. Flu viruses
are spread mainly from person to person through coughing or
sneezing of people with influenza. Sometimes people may
become infected by touching something with flu viruses on it and
then touching their mouth or nose.

MINIMISING THE RISK OF AN EPIDEMIC
Culling
-killing large numbers of infected and potentially
infected animals

Quaranting
-putting infected farms in quarantine

Vaccinating birds against the virus
-remains controversial and
contentious. Indonesia launched poultry vaccination in July
2004 and Thailand is considering the same measure

Latest normal flu vaccine
-for people involved in culling
operations to minimize the risk of being infected by both bird
flu and human flu simultaneously

HOW CAN SOMEONE WITH THE FLU INFECT SOMEONE ELSE ?
Infected people may be able to infect others beginning 1 day
before symptoms develop and up to 7 or more days after
becoming sick. That means that you may be able to pass on
the flu to someone else before you know you are sick, as well
as while you are sick.


SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

First and most important: wash your hands. Try to stay in good
general health. Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, manage
your stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food. Try not
touch surfaces that may be contaminated with the flu virus. Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

*Avoid live animal markets, poultry and pig farms in affected
countries
*Always maintain high levels of personal hygiene, especially before
and after food preparation and in-out of toilets. Regular wash your
hands
*Cook pork thoroughly
*Do not consume half-done pork
*While in an affected region, seek immediate medical attention if
you develop influenza-like symptoms. (High Fever, body pain, coughing and red nose)

Spreading Country as on April 27, 2009 are
Mexico, US, New Zealand, Israel, China

* Swine influenza viruses are not spread by food. You cannot
get swine influenza from eating pork or pork products. Eating
properly handled and cooked pork products is safe.



FOOD SAFETY ISSUES
* Cook food thoroughly
* Follow good hygienic practices
* No “pink” parts for meat
* Buy food from safe and established supermarkets
* Check the expiry date (if any)
* Choose a clean and known restaurant for dining




In children emergency warning signs that need urgent medical attention
include:
* Fast breathing or trouble breathing
* Bluish skin color
* Not drinking enough fluids
* Not waking up or not interacting
* Being so irritable that the child does not want to be held
* Flu-like symptoms improve but then return with fever and worse cough
* Fever with a rash

In adults, emergency warning signs that need urgent medical attention
include:
* Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
* Pain or pressure in the chest or abdomen
* Sudden dizziness
* Confusion
* Severe or persistent vomiting

Until nowadays there are no vaccines that contain the current SWINE FLU
virus causing illness in humans. It is not known whether current
human seasonal influenza vaccines can provide any protection.
Influenza viruses change very quickly. It is important to develop a
vaccine against the currently circulating virus strain for it to
provide maximum protection to the vaccinated people. This is
why WHO needs access to as many viruses as possible in order
to select the most appropriate candidate vaccine virus.

1 May- Labour Day

Today is Labour day, a public holiday. However, i still need to work ahh....sien.....I have to work as a Strepsils Promoter at Stadium Malawati from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. On that day was also the Grand Final of The One In A Millions. At there can saw a lots of Tomok,Aweera and Esther's supporter. Strepsils is one of the sponsor so that allowed to set up a counter there. Not only Strepsils, OXY and coca-cola were also the sponsor but don'y know why coca-cola suddenly quit the sponsor...because of the we don't have free drinks there...haha...but OXY was giving a lots of samples to us...not rugi also la....
